I took my niece to Breckenridge and we went up Peak 10 as far as we could. It is still closed at waypoint 8 on TrailsOffroad (where you leave the ski resort) due to snow blocking the path. We parked the car at the closed gate and hiked up a bit to check it out and try and get a better view. There is still a major patch of snow about 30 yards long shortly after the closed gate, but the rest of the path seemed clear. We only went about half a mile so there might be more snow further up. The weather was wonderful (mid 60s and sunny) and it was cool to drive up the ski resort. I definitely plan to go back and hit the full trail once its open, maybe add it to the Camp Hale/Shrine Pass trip since its out in that area?
