The run happened it was great! It just does not look like anyone posted pix yet or wrote a report yet. I didn't take any pictures or video as I had a dead camera battery and no charger. So it was Me, SCRubicon, and FunRover. Pathrat was my Gate-Monkey on this one and I did need a bit of spotting to get through some of the rough spots on Loch Lomond. It was fun to see how well my stock ranger climbed on Kingston. Hopefully Pathrat will write a little report and post some pictures. I know FunRover took pictures too.

Hey, your link is to the Kingstin Peak Pre-run pictures.:)

That's why I thought nobody showed!

From the planning thread there seemed a lot more interest than there was attendance but I'm glad to hear some showed and had a good time. Yeah, yeah I know I'm one of the people who said they'd be there . :o

Here are a few pictures of not from our run. We had the most fun at the mud puddles- both stockers ran through! It was the first time Gate Monkey took as long to wash his truck as it takes me to do so after a run! Water shot up and over the truck, while my camera was deciding whether it wanted to shot. :( I know the stock Ranger made a successful run on rocky trails it was unaccustomed to. Steve decided to do some three-wheeling, meaning three intact wheels and one that wasn't so usable about half way through. "Hey Steve? You might want to check that front passenger tire. It looks kind of funny." At least we were not in the highest winds encountered when he had to change that out.

It was quite the social run, a lot of standing around and yakking, which will be addressed off-topic. :D

I had a great time, I was really shocked on how small the turn out was. I was glad those that made it had fun. The wind was powerful while out of the bushes, made climbing up on the rocks a little more fun than normal. Everyone did great, the carnage was 1 tire, other than that it was a great turn out. And thanks to Gate Monkey we saw a Golden Eagle.

Thanks Stephanie, Hugh, Aaron and Jess for showing up. Maybe next year's first annual stockers without lockers run will have better attendance?

Well at least you had fun even though the turnout was poor. :thunb:

What's with the painted rocks, I don't recall them from my last trip there.

Looks like fun. I wish I could have brought out the Tahoe. I am hoping to see everyone for the Fall fun run.
