Wife and I have found a house we are interested in purchasing as a rental. As most know, getting a mortgage now is difficult! Anyone have someone to refer?

Dave has to get a job before he can buy a place.... :( Still planning on doing something though. He is still interested in a duplex. In fact, we saw one near your old house on Logan. It is about 2 blocks West of that. It was an Exit place. Just happened to drive by it.
