So there were these two older guys hanging around on a beach having some drinks:
You know, I used to have a nice small business going on, but it burned down to the ground. I thought about rebuilding it, but figured, what the hell, I only got a coupla years before retirement, so I took the money and here I am.
Similiar thing happened to me, but mine was a flood. Flooded my whole business, I decided enough was enough, took the insurance money and retired down here in the sun.
There was a moment of silence............
So how the hell do ya start a flood????
This came from my lawyer who said that he has told it many times since the Greenwood Village house burned....
