I don't think we'll see a diesel JK or the J8 on the U.S. dealership lots any time soon... But, this neat little nugget is being advertised in the 4WD spring 09 catalog.

You can get a RocJoc Dana 60 with your choice of lockers for around the same price. Better axle, with redesigned internal oiling and a beefier housing. For that matter, you could get Overkill engineering portal axles or other portal axles for around 3 grand each, too. This isn't a really good deal, though admittedly much stronger than stuck. Just that htere are better deals out there for the same $$....

I'd go with the Currie Rock Jocks. It's a couple of bucks more, but it is already set up with the brackets for the JK. The Rock Jock front is 5 grand... I think I'll stay with what I have for now. Besides, D60's are for lead footed hillbillies :D
