I am posting these links as a resource that everyone can use. BTW, these articles and links are kinda few and far between for some reason and a bit hard to find :
This is the Edelbrock video and their main site with tech information, etc. I gather from other sites that there are on line manuals available for all their carbs. Might be worth more than a casual look:
http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_new/
Some more information:
http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=167046
On a Chevy..adjusting the carb:

Huge Edelbrock site:
http://www.blinkx.com/videos/Edelbrock
Decent thread on issues and possible fixes;
http://www.hotrodders.com/forum/edelbrock-carb-vacuum-problem-48527.html
Good link with photos showing a basic Holley 2 barrel rebuild step by step...think of it as 1/2 of a 4 barrel. The basic carb design is essentially the same Holley, Carter, Edelbrock
http://www.secondchancegarage.com/public/94.cfm
Step by step rebuild article for a Holley Avenger:
http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/howto/45798/index.html
A great link with how to videos on carb rebuilding:
http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to-carburetor-rebuild/
Hope that these help
