Reply to Thread/Topic Missing

This has come up 4 different times already today. The 'Reply to Thread/Topic' is missing as is anything related to it, like "Reply With Quote", etc. It takes one or two times closing the connection and restarting to get it to show up..

It also doesn't show up on all the threads. I noticed it first when I tried to post a reply to my oil leak prolblem which I think I got a handle on now...

This is due to the extremely slow speed being provided by my lousy host - GoDaddy.com.

I will be changing hosts to resolve this and all other speed related problems.
