hello i am from florida..name is brian pleasant..my gf and i have 2004 jeep tj and looking forward wheeling with ya ll...loved it here !!!!!! i still have home in fl and looking for one here in near future but live here now...let yall know that we are deaf but lip read well and speak...

im from florida too. and im a newb also. and a jerk. and a brag. and i have issues. but am ok with it. and if bragging about being humble was possible, i think i just did in a round about and confusing way.

did this just turn into a therapy session?

i was lost somewhere..looking where to post threads and responded lol..yes florida is all about mudding..rocks for a change...no therapy sessions pls lol..i will be at estes park this weekend for camping and looking to see yall some where nearby but i can meet yall other time maybe next weekend..i will be flying back to florida to do work there but will be back on aug... wanna four wheeling!!!

my number is 719 330 4628. im good friends with scoutfam. ive 4wheeled with a couple of these dudes. if you need phone numbers click search and type in contact info or phone numbers or info or something like that and you can call around. and or include your contact info for others to call when they are in your proximity. i think alot of us print out that thread so we can do just that. gotta lot of spontaneous ones among us. im in the springs. and always looking for fun stuff to do. i know most of the alphabet in sign language

neato to know some alphabet..most of people i know in fl knows from a to d after that we talked read lips forgot to teach them more...i live north part of denver...never been to co springs but will come sometime...i can call thru vp another word video phone that i can see on tv screen and translate what i said to hearing person ..nice to do that !!!! insttead of using tdd....

sounds nicwe go there on night run.. new friend who use atv will be there to camping..on same weekend on fourth of july, i think at vail pass..i will check to make sure i am new in colorado dont know the passes or gulches i need to learn

Welcome to the site! I am from Florida, too...Winter Haven, but that was 38-39 years ago.

Glad you made it over to the forum. Bunch of great folks here and you will get your questions answered. Looking forward to seeing you guys on a run soon!

Not to worry 'bout being deaf...I don't think anyone really cares. LaDawn and I have some friends that are deaf,and Chris and I are damn near deaf according to some people (LaDawn and Barb). I went to an audiologist not too long ago and when she was giving me a hearing test and asking me question told me to stop reading her lips...Anyway, we are kinda used to standing infront of our friends when we have something to say so that they can see our lips.

morning front range guys and gals!!! i will be going to estes park for camping this weekend..might swing by pole hill road since it is only one i went to, if anyone goes there i would like to meet ya ll, sometimes i joke about being deaf..they ask me that i do speak well and wonder how i do that, i told them i am not deaf i am just retarded cuz i am pretending to be deaf... they get kick out of it ..i am still clumpsy with front range form i keep hitting wrong part finding what i am looking for but i get hang of it hopefully..i have 2004 tj bone stock here and 1994 f150 in florida..wonder if anyone have done sas solid axle swap i am thinking doing that been doing some research..

I take it that you are talking about the F150:D PM Sean (1freaky1) He is doing an SAS on his Ranger and specializes in Fords.

sas will be great!!!! hated ttb but not too bad in mud, helps doing the hopping sometimes but it went out of whack sometimes...rocks that is the one that i wanna do sas for!! to make axle look alive!!!! i am doing the research on it some pro and cons like cage does swap mostly blot up but trac bar needs to be made somehow grrrrr
