Pete's done some bumper work for me lately and since it's done I thought I's share. This started simply enough with me wanting to raise the front bumper a couple inches, no big deal though we found it took a whole lot longer than we expected. This was followed by the addition of some winch protection by adding a bar below the winch. Then, the cool part, was Pete building a 'ramp' or 'skid/skip' plate from the new bumper piece to the reversed shackles which hang a bit lower than desired. The plate is very well reinforced and I can't wait to see how it works when I get the chance.

That looks great and super-functional! I can't wait until I can get some fab work done on my rear bumper

Glad you are back Stephanie! Hope that you had a great time!
We still need to do a simple piece of plate for looks on the outside of the skip plates, but the functionality is there right now..

Brody Fab? Does that have anything to do with Booty Fab?
Looks great Chris. Should make getting up onto ledges a lot easier and I'm sure your shackle reverse, springs, and winch will be happier too.
