I had a friend that lived on the 89th floor of that building. Too freakin' high and the 'express' elevator is downright scary!

Don't ever take up climbing. That is only around 900' tall. Everything starts to look the same after 1,000 feet in the air anyway. And after 100', you are still going to probably die if you hit the deck...you'll just have a longer time to think about it on the way down....
Here is the cool thing in see through viewing:

i was reading on how they were building it, the footings are ridiculous and could hold i think 5 747 jumbo jets before it decides to start breaking.... that is one place i want to visit

The CN tower in Canada has something similar... a large section of thick glass floor ~1100 feet above the ground.

I agree, I remember sitting in my friends place and feeling it sway back and forth. That's just not right.

They build a certain amount of allowance for sway into anything over 30 stories (I think it is 30- I maybe off a little) tall as a matter of course to account for wind. It is a little unnerving feeling the building shift. It is something you do get used to working on big commercial buildings.
A number of years ago, way the hell up on El Cap in Yosemite, we experienced a small California earthquake. I don't mind big buildings moving a little bit, the Washington Monument does that-Statue of Liberty and Empire State Building, too, BTW..but being up on a big wall and having it move was quite an experience. We had no idea what was going on, being out of touch with anyone on the ground, but surmised that it was an earthquake. This this was confirmed a couple of days later when we were back on the ground...
