my daughter ran the Boulder Boulder this year, she said it was harder then she thought it would be. There are a lot of hills unlike the tred mill or track. She did do it right at 50 minutes.

I myself don't run god gave me opposable thumbs and they allow me to hold a set of keys in my hand.
