I stopped the video at 1:06 and the truck has a green light... I am wondering what the Maroon mini van was thinking?
At first I thought the truck was running a red.

At first I thought the truck was running a red.The minivan had a green also? The vid said "high speed chase". Obviously the mini thought they had plenty of time to clear the intersection...or weren't really paying attention.
I have seen people who wait until the last possible minute to make that left turn. I happen to know one of those people, I think he is one of the "paint-chip" poster children for lead based paint.

I didn't get past the dumbass intro commercial. I hate commercials...
By the time I was 10 seconds into the commercial, I already could care less about the truck, mini van, or whether or not people were killed or turned into crispie critters....

Yeah that was not "high speed" at all. And if that intersection is like any other intersection like that, the van would be at fault for failure to yield. Or partially even if the guy was speeding a bit.

Yeah.....as much as the truck was doing illegal stuff, the dumbass in the Minivan would have been at fault if it wasn't a car chase. Kinda crazy to see it go up in a explosive blaze like that. Thats usually more of a Hollywood thing then real life, as I understand it.

so regardless of what the truck guy did, was the minivan guy charged with vehicular homocide? thats the question...

Wow.. dumb move on the minivan. Hope there wasn't anyone in the truck in the parking lot. The instant blaze was crazy!
