I didn't know Chad personally but I know many members of this police department and he graduated from my high school.
If you can, send your prayers back east for Chad, his family and the community. Also, another officer was shot and is expected to survive. Please pray for him as well.

Oh, and I have no problem with the rest of the PD being a little lax on the Police Brutality rules. All three of those guys need to get an old fashioned southern Delaware redneck beating. And then they can rot in hell.
