When I was at Yoda Jims today, the owner of CTS (Colorado Toyota Specialists) walked in. I hadn't seen him for years. I had sold a Yota with a blown engine to him when I didn't have any $$ and he built it into the parts truck he is driving to this day. I ocassionally see it cruising up and down 285, but there it was parked right next to my rig. He said that he had over 400,000 miles on it now...

I think its cool when that happens. For me, the 57 I have now was the one a kid I went to HS with and my ex sold him all the chrome from my 1st 57. Then when I was in Germany dad traded his 18i wagon for the 57 and now I have it with all the chrome I originally had.

I occasionally see some of my old rigs and cars around. Its kinda neat to see them still ticking along but i always miss every single one of them. They are kinda like kids to me, i see them grow up, move out and get along with their life.

I want one of those so bad. One of my customers has a couple old flat head fords, I think late 30's and they are sweet. One is a grain truck and the other is a pick up.
