Chris, That is like at work I see people that live a very healthy life style working out , running and then dropping dead all the time on their way back to our gym.

Ha ha ha, Sean. No joke. Colonel Potomac to the gym please. Colonel Potomac to the gym. LOL. It's horrible to laugh at that, but still. I'm in great shape, to the point that the Army says that I no longer have to do organized PT and do it all on my own. I became exempt for the precise reason that I don't want to work out too much and risk my health. I work out on my own, but doing things like running to the point that people are starting to have chronic problems...not so good.

Kyle, I heard they changed it from Col. Potomac to something else but don't know what. Man I can't even think how many times I have heard that page, I two were for me tho out of 19yrs.
