Our 272 volunteer hours have been posted on this page:
http://www.hightrails.org/adopt_hours.html

Note we are **not a member club** but volunteered more hours than the Adopt-a-Raod Committee (75) Big Horn 4x4 (191) Grand Mesa Jeep Club (121) Hillbillies (223) Predator (235) Rising Sun (104) Rock Junkies (150) Solihull Society (56) & Wild Bunch (126)

Hats off to all the good people on FR4x4! You are the best!

:fr4x4:

This also is an example of why we don't need to "go legit"

Thanks to everyone that participated.

Thanks a lot for all of the volunteer hours on the trail clean ups!

I guess that we just spend more time wheeling, a little more time cleaning up trails, and a whole lot less time talking about our rigs, polishing our rigs, talking about our rigs, polishing our rigs, etc, etc...

To hell with 'going legit' (oops...I suppose that was too blunt). I'll try again: Screw going legit. (That was me trying to be subtle)

This works as it is....

The list of volunteer 'clubs' is nice as it shows what trails are maintained by what group. This is something that frequently comes up in trail run reports and just recently came up for Webster and Red Cone. Someone ought to shoot MHJC and email with pictures of the Webster Pass Trail....

I posted the list of 'clubs' and the trails they clean up in the 'Trail Resources' section. If there are problems with trails that we run, like the damage to Webster, it will provide a starting point to get current conditions to the appropriate group.

That's awesome! I will keep an eye out for future volunteer trail work. This group definitely wheels more than most other groups, and it turns out does trail work more also. I guess that's a benefit of not dealing with member meetings, red tape, blah blah..

Wow, we donated more hours that I thought. VERY COOL!

And those hours are what we did as a group, not including the time that you (and others) did on your own. ;)

I know, so if my family goes camping up there again, we need to not clean up so others can rack up more hours picking up after us.

KIDDING!!!
