I did Mt. Baldy in my stock Fj80 last weekned and had a great time. Conditions are so nice for stock wheeling

okay, before the snow! im going with rising sun on the 24th, i think its cruisers only though :/

Yeah...one of the reasons we are starting to see more RS people over here, too....and people from other 'clubs' that are vehicle specific. People just get tired of the 'Jeeps only', 'Cruisers only', 'Yotas only' yada, yada, high school cliche mentality...

Our Nissan site doesn't restrict attendees. We actually have a lot of members with Yotas, Jeeps and other brands.

That's good to hear! Anyone with any sense knows that you can throw enough money at anything and make it very capable 4x4 rig. I can see the point in having 'clubs' for vehicles that have limited or no after market support or simply have hard to find parts : Pinzgauers, Mogs, Nissan, Izusus, etc, where there is going to be a good knowledge base that is vehicle specific.

What I don't like is the attitude you get where Chevys are better than Fords,
Toyotas are the best, etc, etc, or where you have to own a specific vehicle in order to be a 'member' of the 'cool' group.
