View Full Version : Army/willys Jeep soft top?

Anyone have any idea what it would be worth? I have one here, that I need to sell for a friend. But I haven't a clue what a reasonable asking price is for such a thing. It's off of a '47ish army jeep, and is the top, bars, and doors for one.

Jeep tops don't have near the value of Scout tops. The Jeep tops are frankly a dime a dozen... Take a look to see if you can find the manufacturer. Browse what they cost new. You might get $200 or so used.

I think this is a rare top. I bet it's worth $5-700.

Just taking a better look at it, I think it is from a CJ5. The snaps along the doors are CJ5 or CJ6 (same body style). Also, since it is vinyl, it likely isn't factory original from 1947ish since that would be a canvas material. Almost certainly aftermarket. Still should fetch some coin to put into another project!
