Well I guess it was bound to happen at some point. Today on the way to work my CEL came on. I read the code, found what it meant.
Code 19 - Throttle Position Sensor/ Mass Airflow Sensor
I have some cleaner I am going to try first.... Wish me luck

Make sure yuse the right stuff for the MAF. Also clean off the electrical connectors on the plug in.

I have MAF cleaner... Specific for that and then electrical cleaner for the connections.

Cool. One of the things that you also might want to look into when you are poking around under the hood is the Idle Air Control Valve. I don't know if you have one on the Rover or not, but I do on the Yota. It is relatively easy to clean and also may be part of the error message. At any rate, it sure doesn't hurt to clean it out.
Here is a link to cleaning it. I have no idea what engine it is on. The same principle applies. There is also some inormation on the site about cleaning a Toyota throttle body and IAC..
