Arizona - Stupid Motorists Law

Kudos to Arizona for having a law on the books called "Stupid Motorists Law" :lmao:

It applies to stupid people who drive into flooded washes and such which is everywhere now. If you drive in to one and get stuck you're charged with being a stupid motorist! I love it!

It looks like there's no below street water drainage here, everything is street level and reverse speed bumps exist for water to pass. Since it's raining like they've never seen before there'll probably be a lot of "stupid motorists" in the next day or so.

I can understand not knowing how to drive on snow, but water? My god, you've gotta be stupid not to get that! :lmao:

I would actually register and vote if a "stupid motorist" law was on the ballot. We really need one for winter...

About all you can do now is to call with some stupid person's license plate and report a 'drunken and/or aggressive" driver....

So what's the punishment besides a label? Do they get smacked over the head? Their forehead tatooed "Im stupid"? A bumper sticker saying "I'm a stupid motorist"? Or just the "title" and a fine? :rolleyes:

Agreed, we need that here for the winter time.... It just kills me seeing these stupid drivers that think just cause they have a 4wheel drive truck means ice cant touch them... those are the ones that I leave in the ditch
