You may want to print out the Metric to Standard size chart especially if you have either a mix of US and Metric tools and/or nuts and bolts on the rig. I sure am...

Cool program Joe.
Another one that is more web based and is great for anything like this, as well as a bunch other stuff is Wolfram Alpha. Its Mathlab based, and you just type in what you want converted, and it spits it out for ya....
For example......... type in "12mm to inches" in the field, and it spits this out....

Usually does it in decimal points is the main down side. Works really well for currency and such. Also great for statistics and such too. Want to know the population of a town or how many miles it takes up, just type it in and it gives you a ton of info. Definitely worth checking out.
