I have an old(1997) Mitsubishi big screen TV that no longer works. How do I get rid of the thing?

Best Buy charges $10 and gives you a $10 gift certificate which I just read. I think I'll do that with a couple computers stored in the garage.

If it were me (going off other suggestions)

I'd get some of that binary explosive you can find at gunshows/make which explodes when a high velocity round hits it....and fill it up with that, take it to a open dirt field, or rock quarry and shoot it with stuff......

If nothing else pans out, haul it out across the street in the middle of the night, set it next to the curb as not to block traffic, call the city the next morning and tell them someone left a TV in the street. No more TV! :D:thunb:
