Must be hiring time for them, there's a flashing sign for online applications on Alameda by the Gov't Bldg. Must be some openings, good luck!

Yea, they're accepting applications for 6 days for entry level fire.

They have roughly 1200 applicants and 5-10 openings....Testing should start soon, but I've yet to hear anything further from them.

Ive talked to a few guys around town before, and they say your best chance of being considered is by taking the DrCog test first....good luck!
