I might soon be a first time home buyer!
We put an offer in today on a nice home, in hopes of also taking advantage of the tax credit.
Please send good vibes. If all goes well, we will close 1 week before our wedding, and move in the week after our honeymoon.:D
Crazy busy couple of months, but I still hope to get some wheelin and camping in.:thunb:

I just heard from my realtor and they accepted my offer.:thunb:
We hope to close on the 15th of June.
