RSVP Avatars

I liked the way avatars were displayed in the old RSVP's and may have them working again. While it looks fine in my browser I'm not so sure in others.

Please let me know if it's formatting okay for you or not.

Thanks Aaron & Steve, if it's working in IE, FF & Chrome it should be working in all browsers. I'm encouraged so far, who's going to spoil it. :erm:
