Hello FrontRange4x4-ers, Matts here, I'm new to the group and am looking forward to joining you on rides, when I have a chance, and learning some new skills from all of you. I drive a 1991 Jeep YJ with front and rear Ox cable lockers. It's been a great Jeep for exploring in the Sierra and Nevada desert... 230,000 miles and not a problem. I work for Doppelmayr - we manufacture chairlifts, gondolas and trams worldwide - a get to do too much winter driving. I just got 36" SuperSwampers and am starting to play in the mud and on the rocks... so I'm looking forward to summer rides with you guys. Have fun, think snow... err, think sun, mud, rocks and fun!

Welcome to the forum! You are in a neighborhood with quite a few FR members. LaDawn and I live off of 62nd and Wads, Jackie is close to you, Steph and Hugh are a little west and south, Sean is off 90 something and Huron, and Andrew is off Sheridan and 80th. Welcome! Some of the closer trails to us here in Westminster are starting to open now. A couple more weeks of this nice weather and I think you'll see a lot more open up. Should be a fun summer!

The best thing to do is to call the forest service in the district of the trail to get the latest update. Sometimes even their web site is wrong....
