$15k and no title...
It government owned has never had a title.
Thats the biggest issue with government vehicles.
To save $5k-$10k it might be worth it with no title but just the paperwork from the govt.
While not wholly desired as it is streetable - one could trailer it and give it an HOV sticker and call it good.
I've gone wheeling a couple times with a guy that has an H1. They aren't narrow. You don't realize how tight most of the trails around here are until you try to stuff an H1 between some trees.

They are cool with all the different options they have.
But dang someone please figure out how to stuff at least a dirtymax in them....
Power is way low for such a big rig.
I did see one somewhere that had a Cummins in it. That would motivate it a bit more!
You could get them from the factory with a duramax in them. H1 alpha = duramax powered. H1 alpha also = mega bucks.
