I saw this when I was out this afternoon.

It looks good....Buick V6 is engine swap, but it's a good one. Warn OD is nice. For the price, I'd expect ALL the upgrades like brakes, steering, gas tank etc - none of those look to be done. I'd say it's a $10k jeep, maybe $12k if its REALLY nice body and frame, but mildly concerning the exhaust is rusted out.
