Wow, small world...ehem, region. And yes, that is the field. That picture was taken the day after I picked up the truck, and that field was the nearest dirt I knew of. Just pulled a guy out of the mud down there today actually (genius tried to make it through Colorado clay in a two-wheel drive pickup with not much more than slicks for tires).
I am still trying to figure out who owns that property though. I don't think it is city property, but I can't find any records on it either. There is an industrial zoned forsale sign on the south end (by Jewel), but I can't even tell if the entire area is one lot or not. I have some unrealistic ideas for the property as an investment, so I've been trying to find out more about it.
