Welcome to Frontrange4x4. As stated earlier, this club has lots of helpful people, with their opinions, as well as their tools. If you have a need, just ask and you will "likely receive".

Hey Josh, you ran one of our adopted trails - Barbour Fork, did you see any signs stating that by chance? We also adopted nearby Devil's Canyon. That means that a couple times a year we clean up the junk people leave behind.

As far as lifting I suggest you look into available springs. I'm also IFS and have a small lift by Old Man Emu which is an upgrade of springs and shocks. You should easily be able to clear 33's with something like that. I have nothing against SAS but it's quite a bit more work and much more expensive.

You know I didn't see any signs saying anything like that, but I could have just overlooked them. The trail seemed pretty clean when I ran it, although I did stop to pick up a few empty pop bottles along the way. The next trail I wanted to do was Devils Canyon (maybe this weekend). I hear you can spend all day there roaming around. Guess I'll find out soon enough.

Thanks for the Old Man Emu info I'll look more into that. That seems like more of the option I want to go as of now, the SAS thought was way down the road.

It looks like this is probably the OME setup: http://www.cruiseroutfitters.com/sus...ner_dakar.html

BTW, Cruiser Outfitters (Kurt) is the best guy/company you could hope to deal with. Even though I no longer have a Land Cruiser I still call Kurt first.
